Minutes of a Special Meeting of the

Town Council of the Town of Ellicott

held at the Administration Building,

215 S. Work Street, Falconer, N.Y. on

March 28, 2003 at 12:00 P.M.

 

Present: Supervisor Tyler, Councilman Lodestro, Councilman Miller, Councilman Taylor, Town Clerk Erlandson, Attorney Lasker, Police Chief Ohnmeiss.  

 

Absent: Councilman Geisler.

 

Supervisor Tyler opened the meeting at 12:10 PM.  Town Clerk Erlandson called the roll. 

 

RESOLUTION #65-03

Convene Executive Session (Personnel Matter)

 

Motion by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Miller to Convene Executive Session for the purpose of discussing a personnel matter.   12:10 – 12:50 PM

 

Adopted.                                 Ayes - 4                               Noes - 0                           Absent - 1

 

RESOLUTION #66-03

Sell Used Highway Equipment

 

Motion by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Miller authorizing the Ellicott Highway Superintendent to sell used highway equipment at an upcoming auction.

 

Adopted.                                 Ayes - 4                               Noes - 0                          Absent – 1

 

Motion by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Miller to adjourn at 12:52 PM.

 

Carried.                                  Ayes - 4                               Noes - 0                           Absent - 1
