Present: Supervisor Miller, Councilman Orlando= , Councilman Beckerink, Councilman Lodestro, Councilman Heintzelman, Town Clerk Erlandso= n, Legislator Barmore. Absent: Highway Superintendent Shellhouse.

meeting at 7:00 PM and led the Town Council in the Pledge of Allegiance. Town Clerk Erlandson called t=

by Councilman Heintzelman, seconded by Councilman Lodestro to accept the
minutes of the April 5, 2010 meeting as presented by the Town Clerk.

into several invoices the Town of

Orlando reported that the Ellic=
ott
Facilities Committee recently received an estimate from Ahlstrom-Schaeffer Electric Corp. for upgrading the lighting at=
the
Ellicott Administration Bldg. & the Ellicott Highway Garage. He explained that the cost of the
upgrade would be approximately $30,000.00.=
He noted even though the town would receive approximately $7,000.00 =
in
“rebates” from the Jame=
stown
BPU for upgrading the lighting, the committee feels that the project is=
too
costly to pursue at the present time.
Mr. Orlando also reported that the Facilities Committee received an
estimate to remove the chimney on the roof of the Ellicott Administration B=
ldg.
