Supervisor
Miller opened the meeting at 7:00 PM and led the Town Council in the Pledge of Allegiance. Town Clerk Erlandson called t=

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION by Councilman Lodestro, seconded by Councilman Heintzelman to acce=

Disposal
of Mechanical Lever Voting Machines
– Town Clerk Erlandson reported that the Chautauqua Co. Board of Elections will no longer be using the
mechanical lever voting machines beginning this fall. He stated that the BOE plans on
disposing of the mechanical lever machines. Mr. Erlandson explained that the BOE has asked each municipality if=
they
want to “take possession” of the machines. He noted that the Town of
