Minutes of a Regular Meeting of the
Town Council of the Town of Ellicott
held at the
Administration Building,
June 5, 2007
at 12:15 P.M.
Present: Supervisor Tyler, Councilman Pickett, Councilman Miller, Town Clerk Erlandson.
Absent: Councilman Geisler, Councilman Heintzelman, Highway Superintendent Shellhouse.
Supervisor Tyler opened the
meeting at 12:15 PM.
Motion
by Councilman Miller, seconded by Councilman Pickett to accept the minutes of
the May 21, 2007 meeting as presented by the Town Clerk.
Town Clerk Erlandson read the
following items into the record:
1.
Notification
of Liquor License Renewal: Comfort Inn, 2800 N. Main St. Ext.
2.
Newsletter:
Chautauqua County Chamber of Commerce.
TOWN OFFICERS
Supervisor Tyler reported that Town of
Ellicott Justice Marilyn Gerace would be applying for a grant to upgrade
security in the Town of Ellicott Court.
RESOLUTION #63-07
Bids for Pump Skid (Change Return Date)
Motion by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Pickett authorizing the
Ellicott Highway Superintendent to change the return date for bids
regarding a pump skid for the new pump station on School Ave.; bids to be
returned no later than July 16, 2007
at 10:00 AM. (Minutes 5/21/07)

RESOLUTION #64-07
Payment of Claims
Motion by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Pickett to pay 2007
current claims #577-616, inclusive, in the amount of $24,033.68 and charge
to the proper fund or account.

by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Miller to adjourn at 12:20 PM.
