Supervisor
Miller opened the meeting at 7:00 PM and led the Town Council in the Pledge of Allegiance. Town Clerk Erlandson called t=
he
roll.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MOTION by Councilman Lodestro, seconded by Councilman Beckerink to accept=
the
minutes of the June 1, 2009 meeting as presented by the Town Clerk.

reported that the steering committee for the new
Ellicott Comprehensive Plan would be meeting on June 17, 2009 to review a
preliminary draft of the plan.

Supervisor Miller reported that a joint meeting of the Chautauqua County Conference of Mayors= and Chautauqua County Town Supervisors’ Association would be held on June 25, 2009.<= o:p>

of Celoron Retirement Reimbursement (Johnson) – Attorney Wright reported that
Motion by Councilman Lodestro,
seconded by Councilman Orlando to cancel the Regular Town Council meeting
scheduled for July 6, 2009.
