Minutes of a Special Meeting of the
Town Council of the Town of Ellicott
held at the
Administration Building,
June 23, 2005
at 12:10 P.M.
Present: Supervisor Tyler, Councilman Geisler, Councilman Pickett, Councilman Miller, Town Clerk Erlandson, Code Enforcement Officer Woodbury.
Absent: Councilman Heintzelman.
Supervisor Tyler opened the
meeting at 12:10 PM. Town Clerk
Erlandson called the roll.
OLD BUSINESS
DEC Lease – The Town Council
discussed a draft of a proposed lease agreement
from the New York State Office of General Services. (Minutes 6/6/05) The agreement concerns the leasing of office space
in the Town of Ellicott Administration Bldg. by the New York State Dept. of
Environmental Conservation.
(Minutes 1/3/05 et. seq.) The
Council authorized the word ‘New’ to be inserted into Schedule “B” of
the lease agreement. (see ‘DEC Lease’
file for detail)
Motion by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Miller
to adopt an Agreement between
the Town of Ellicott and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation
(DEC) concerning the leasing of office space
in the Town of Ellicott Administration Building by the DEC and;
furthermore, insert
the word ‘New’ into Schedule “B”, page 1, subsection 1 before the words: “Walls
shall be sheetrock on steel….” (see ‘DEC

Adopted. Ayes - 4 Noes - 0 Absent – 1

by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Miller to adjourn at 12:13 PM.
