Present: Supervisor Tyler, Councilman Lodestro, Councilman Miller, Town Clerk Erlandson.
Absent: Councilman Geisler, Councilman Taylor.
Supervisor Tyler opened the
meeting at 12:10 PM. Town Clerk
Erlandson called the roll.
RESOLUTION #131-03
Appointment of Police
Sergeant (Arnone)
Motion by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Lodestro promoting Town of
Ellicott Patrolman David S. Arnone, Lakewood, New York to the rank of
police sergeant at an annual salary of $50,006.00, effective October 24, 2003.
Adopted. Ayes - 3 Noes - 0 Absent - 2
Motion
by Supervisor Tyler, seconded by Councilman Lodestro to adjourn at 12:13 PM.
