Duties of the Code Enforcement Officer
Receiving complaints, making investigations, taking appropriate action concerning enforcement of the building and zoning code of the Town, reviewing building plans, issuing permits, inspecting construction as it progresses, conducting fire inspections, and making recommendations concerning unsafe structures to assure safety and protection.
